I have enjoyed 31 years of Real Estate experience in King and Snohomish Counties, first as a real estate agent servicing clients and then as a Branch Manager assisting real estate professionals to achieve their goals.

I continue to serve clients and build upon my experience in both customer service and mentoring Brokers.

I have hired and coached Brokers at all levels of experience and am committed to their success.  As a state-certified instructor, I ensure that the Brokers in my office stay abreast of current trends in our business as well as current legal information in the ever-changing world of real estate.

The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes.
